surronding areas

When a woman finds out she’s pregnant, there may be so much running through their head. Where do I want to deliver my baby? Do I want a Midwife or Doctor? What do I see my birth looking like? Unmedicated? Epidural? Planned Cesarean? This is where a Doula can help navigate these thoughts with you. As a Birth Doula my goal is to empower women and their partners to have a say in how their birth will look. To be able to advocate for themselves and their baby. Remind women of how strong they are and what their body is able to do. Whether that be unmedicated, with an epidural or even a cesarean, you CAN have a say and feel EMPOWERED.
